Cropwell Bishop Beauvale

Beauvale is our exquisitely creamy, soft blue cheese crafted right here in our creamery. Perfected by our own Robin Skailes and Howard Lucas, we’re fond of its smooth, spreadable consistency and gentle, melt-in-your-mouth taste. Ideal for both Stilton enthusiasts and those who prefer a subtler blue flavor, Beauvale is made with the same meticulous care as all our cheeses. It consists solely of milk from our Peak District farmers and cultures that impart its unique mild blue character. Hand-ladled into molds, Beauvale matures for seven weeks, during which it’s turned by hand, allowing it to develop a delicate, edible rind.
